Charity Bungee Jumping events at The Plough Grimsargh

The first Bungee jumping event held at the Plough Grimsargh, under ideal conditions, was on Thursday Evening 13 May 2010, primarily to raise money for Dream Flight, and almost £800 was raised. Over 25 people actually jumped from a platform raised aloft with a motorised crane parked on the Plough car park. Many more took the ride to assist in the pushing off those reluctant to jump. The first 5 Plough Locals to jump were videoed and can be seen using our PP (Plough Player) below. In it's current state it is best used if you have Broad Band and Flash Player 8 or above installed. A second event was held on Sat. 13 August 2011 and this time money raised went to the Air Ambulance charity. Two video recording were made, another tandem jump with Alex and Mel and a solo jump by Vicky.
